• 広島県廿日市市でヒメムラサキハナナIonopsidium acaule (Desf.) Dc. ex Rchb.が確認されたので報告した．本種の広島県におけるはじめての報告となる．また，葉緑体rbcL遺伝子と核ITS領域の塩基配列を決定し，DNAバーコーディングの結果とともに分子系統解析の結果を報告した．

Tsubota, H., Nakahara-Tsubota, M., Inoue, Y., Uchida, S. & Mukai, S. 2014. Notes on naturalized plants in Hiroshima Prefecture: 5. New locality and phylogeny of Ionopsidium acaule (Desf.) DC. ex Rchb. (Brassicaceae). Hikobia 16: 491-497.

A naturalized plant, Ionopsidium acaule (Desf.) DC. ex Rchb. (Brassicaceae), was collected from Hiroshima Prefecture, Honshu, southwestern Japan. The species was found growing by the road-side at a reclamation area in Hatsukaichi City and is the first record for the prefecture. Sequences of the chloroplast ribulose-1,5-bisphosphate carboxylase/oxygenase large subunit gene (cp rbcL) and nuclear ribosomal internal transcribed spacer (nr ITS) for this species were obtained. DNA barcoding was determined and phylogenetic analysis carried out.
